No figures have been published yet. We will not publish estimates, modelled numbers or third party statistics presented as our own. Findings appear here only once the underlying Landlord Quote data has been verified.
What the first report will cover
The first report will look at enquiry patterns across blocks of flats, freehold buildings, HMOs and standard buy to let property: property types, regional spread, cover features requested and how enquiry volume changes through the year.
Methodology
Findings will be based on anonymised, aggregated enquiries submitted to landlordquote.co.uk, reported with the sample size and period, and never broken down to a level that could identify an individual property or person. No premium data is published, as Landlord Quote does not quote premiums.
